You can see most items I've been commissioned for here: grandmathunderpants.deviantart…
I take commissions for OCs, characters, foods, animals, plants, dragons whatever you can think of! You can look through my gallery for ideas on what I can do, but even if you don't see something there you'd like, feel free to approach me with your idea!
How do I place a commission?
► There are several ways you can do this! You can either note me, comment here, or send me an email: grandmathunderpants(at)outlook.com
When you ask about a commission, please be as specific as possible and provide references. Remember there's a wide range of things I can do with charms, from keychains to rings to bracelets and earrings. Always ask me what I can do for you, and I'll let you know!
In addition if you're not 100% sure what you want but have some ideas, feel free to message me with those as well and we can talk it out until we've got a great idea! Two heads are better than one, right?
How much do you charge?
► It's so hard for me to put a set price on commissions because of how vastly different some things can be. Prices vary 100% on what sort of item you want, so if you're curious about how much something would cost just give me the details and ask. I don't mind.
For a general guideline... chibi charms run from $10-$25+ depending on the size you'd like them and the character's details. Decoden cases start at $18 for phones and $30 for 3DS cases. Best Friend sets start at $32. The best way to find out how much something will cost is to browse my Etsy shop or to ask me directly.
When do I pay?
► The cost of your commission must be paid up front before I begin work on your item. Because this is somewhat costly material I'm working with, I need to be paid for the supplies before I can make it. Items are non-refundable so please make sure you're serious before you pay me. There's no penalty for backing out of a commission at the last second if something comes up and you suddenly can't pay. But if you paid for it, it's yours and you can't go back.
How do I pay?
► To complete payment online you need a credit/debit card. Payments are accepted on Etsy (via Direct Checkout) or with Paypal. DeviantART points are currently not accepted.
I also accept very well concealed cash (USD only) and money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
When do I get my item?
► Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be made after we've agreed on everything and you've paid me in full. Your item may be finished in a few days, and it make take the full two weeks. It all depends on how many orders were placed ahead of yours. If there's any delays, I will be sure to contact you. Please expect a longer wait time automatically around large holidays or during the summer convention season.
Shipping prices: $3.50 for United States, $7.00 for anywhere else in the world on most orders. If it will be higher, I'll tell you. Packages are sent USPS First Class. All orders come with delivery confirmation so you can track it. Shipping takes 3-5 days domestic United States (depending on where you live) and 10-18 days for International. International times vary hugely, so I can't give an exact estimate there.
Will I see my item before it ships?
►Yes! Any commission (unless it's something remade from my gallery) will be shown to you before I ship. I will show the item to you and await approval, so please get back to me as soon as possible so I can make changes or go ahead and ship it.
How do I know you're not EVIL?
►I have tons of feedback you can check out from many satisfied customers who have bought from my website as well as Etsy, and custom commissions! You can check it all out!

Items are made in a smoke-free, pet friendly environment. While my items are very cute and childlike, please do not give them to small children or pets for any reason. Some small parts can break off and become a choking hazard. Do not for any reason chew on or put our charms in your mouth. While polymer clay is non-toxic, the glaze used to protect the clay can make you sick if you ingest too much of it. Looks sweet but DO NOT EAT.
Note: My charms are constructed in a way that makes them intended for frontal view only. I use a polymer clay adhesive on the backs of the items. This is for increased structural durability. The amount of glue on the back of the charm depends on the charm's purpose and details. There will be visible glue on the back of most of my charms, and there may also be imperfections on the backs. But they will look perfect from the front.
