Madoka Charm Ref 2

Aaaah, they're FINALLY finished!
This Madoka set was something I've been working on for almost a month now. I've been so busy preparing for conventions and working on orders and commissions that I haven't had time to stop and work on new items. But I told myself to get these up by this weekend, and here I am Sunday night with the full set, bwahaha. Still met my deadline. >D

These little cuties were painstakingly detailed-- sooo much ribbon and frill and tiny little gold accents. But I love doing big charm sets because I feel so accomplished when I look at them all together. I think Madoka turned out to be my favorite character to make, but Homura is a close second. I love all the pink on Madoka (I rarely get to use pink) and Homura's outfit was just cute and fun, especially the little diamonds on her tights/leggings. Though it's hard to see that detail in the photos, if you're holding her you can see it well.

I will have some of these girls as necklaces at Metrocon this year! But if you want one before then, the solo charms are on Etsy.
