Tiny tiny charm made from polymer clay held safe inside a small glass bottle. The cork has been glued into place so it won't slip free, and the entire thing comes fastened to a black mobile strap. Cthulhu comes buried in sand, so you have to give it a few shakes to free him. Tap the bottle lightly on a flat surface to settle the sand and make him emerge as well. Bottle measures just over 1" tall with the cork.
